Its purpose is to transform some of our most fundamental social and economic challenges — jobs, long-term care and immigration — into opportunities for innovation and solutions that benefit everyone. Selected in 2012 as one of Time’s 100 most influential global leaders, Ai-jen Poo is Director of the National Domestic Workers Alliance, working to give domestic workers basic workers’ rights, and Co-Director of Caring Across Generations.
