Bioneers is committed to making the conference an experience accessible for participants from diverse backgrounds. With this in mind, we proudly offer Partial Scholarships to our National Bioneers Conference.
Qualifying Seniors, Activists and Educators may attend the National Bioneers Conference for only $85 per day. This special rate has been made possible through generous donations from previous attendees, Bioneers supporters, and others who believe in our mission.
Senior:
- Age 65 and over
- To qualify, provide proof of your age, such as a driver’s license or state issued ID
Activist:
- Be employed by, or volunteer for, a nonprofit organization
- To qualify, supply a brief letter, on the organization’s letterhead and signed by a representative of the organization, describing your work and how your participation in the conference will benefit your community
Educator:
- Employed as an educator at the K-12 or university level
- To qualify, provide Institution Faculty ID, along with a statement of how attending the National Bioneers Conference will support your work as an educator

Application Process
Apply online:
- Visit our REGISTRATION page and select the option to ‘Apply for a Partial Scholarship’
- Upload all required documentation and complete the payment process
- Please contact us if you do not receive your pass by Oct. 1

If applying by phone, you will be required to submit all required documentation by mail, along with your payment. Incomplete applications cannot be approved.
