Akaya Windwood, President (since 2008) of the Rockwood Leadership Institute, which was founded in 2000 to provide powerful, effective training in transformational leadership and collaboration to individuals, organizations and social change networks, has led hundreds of such trainings and speaks widely about transformative social change.
