Carl Anthony, co-founder and Co-Director of Breakthrough Communities and a former executive at the Ford Foundation responsible for worldwide programs on the environment and community development, was the founder and first Executive Director of the Urban Habitat Program, one of the U.S.’ oldest environmental justice organizations.
