Ken Lee is co- founder and co-owner of Lotus Foods, a major importer of varietal handcrafted rices from small Asian family farms that is the commercial partner of the “More Crop Per Drop” program pioneered by Cornell University that uses 50% less water and 90% less seed while producing three times the yield.
