Melinda Kramer is the founder and Co-Director of Women’s Earth Alliance (WEA), a global organization partnering with women on the frontiers of environmental justice, resource sustainability and community development with programs in Africa, India, and the U.S. Prior to WEA, Melinda worked with CARE International in East Africa, around the Pacific Rim with Pacific Environment, and as Communications Manager at the Natural Capital Institute.
